Having Celiac Disease myself, I wanted to write and design a book that was personal and meaningful.
In creating The Ins and Outs of Celiac, the reader is confronted with a fuller understanding of not only what the disease is but also people it has affected through personal stories, surprising statistics, bold typography, color and riveting photographs (88 pages, all my photography). 2011.
